I get very few returns, but if you're not happy with your beads for some reason, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the sale price, minus shipping. Just drop me an email within the 7 day return period, and I'll send you my mailing address. Returns must be well packaged and sent with some sort of tracking, such as delivery confirmation. I do not cover shipping on returns.
